There are times when you are hardly left with much time to whip up an elaborate breakfast to quench you morning hunger pangs. A smoothie is a savior in such moments and gets ready in a jiffy while promising you a filling, nourishing breakfast.  Some people are under the impression that lack of dairy products in a healthy smoothie robs off the creaminess and flavors from it. What a delusion! The coconut or almond milk which goes into making a weight loss smoothie makes it yummier and equally velvety. Throw in some fruit chunks and you are ready to treat your sweet tooth too!

Strawberry and coconut smoothie is my favorite; take a sip and it will be your ‘go to’ breakfast too. It’s simply delicious and looks decadent enough to tempt anyone to go for it. Apart from pleasuring your taste buds, this smoothie packs in a bunch of nutrients within you. fiber, antioxidants, Vitamin C – name a nutrient and this smoothie will present it to you.

So after all the sweaty doggy-drilling with me, blitz up this smoothie and pamper yourself with its comforting flavors. Don’t forget to make a glass for me too; after all I do owe some thanks for introducing this quick and easy breakfast to you.

Now, its time to clink the glasses together and say Woof!. Oops sorry, Cheers!
