Drilldoggy loves it and so would you!

The ham roll-up is an impromptu dish which you can whip up with anything delicious and healthy lurking in your kitchen. This recipe features ham slices slathered in almond cream ‘cheese’ and rolled around green onions. But this recipe is just a guide to help you create your own roll-ups. So feel free to substitute ham slices with leftover turkey slices or use fillings like roasted pepper slices, asparagus or avocado slices.

A mustard dip for company would be fun too! But no matter what you stuff the ham rols with, make sure you smother it with almond cream ‘cheese’ for a creamy delight.  Don’t worry by the sound of cheese! Its actually blanched almonds pulsed into a creamy cheese like texture, along with a splash of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar for the cheese-like tartness.
