Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
Yields: 6 roll-ups
- 2 cups strawberries, greens picked and discarded
- 2 large apples, cored and diced
- ¼ cup purified water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
- Dump the fruits into a blender and pour in the purified water.
- Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over them and pulse them into a smooth puree.
- Spread out this puree onto a teflex sheet and pop them into a plastic dehydrator.
- Let them dehydrate overnight and peel off the teflex sheet.
- Flip the fruit roll-up sheet over and continue to dehydrate them for another 6 hours.
- Cut them into long strips and store them in an air tight container.
- Chew on one strip or two every time you feel hungry!
