Kale seems to be the latest craze across world. People are slowly walking up to the various virtues of kale and just how beneficial it is for our health. Kale is basically leafy vegetables, rich in Vitamin C & K, calcium as well as beta-carotene and has substantial anti-inflammatory properties. No wonder, it’s a hit among health freaks opting for our lifestyle.

Though kale makes great main dishes, but they work as yummy snacks too when baked into chips.  These crunchy-munchy kale chips, spiked with a hint of spicy goodness, are a true delight! So pop them in while slumping in a sofa to watch TV or simply snack on them while reading a book – it can be your ultimate companion during your time of leisure.

However, make sure that you serve them immediately once out of the oven since they tend to wilt soon and lose its crispiness. But this shouldn’t pose much of a problem as kale chips are likely to disappear from the bowl before they get the chance to turn soggy!
