You can also add a dash of vegetables to this dish to add a healthy crunch to the dish. However, if you prefer to keep it simple, cook them with chicken alone; it tastes yummy too!

Ingredients:
Serves: 8-9
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp fresh sage
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
Method:
- Dump all the ingredients, except oil, in a mixing bowl and stir them all together to mix well.
- Pinch out small portions of this meat mixture and mold them into 2’’ thick rounds.
- Heat a griddle pan over moderately low heat and grease it with a lashing of olive oil.
- Lay out the meat rounds onto the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, while flipping them over halfway through cooking.
- Once the sausages are cooked through and turn brown, slide them onto serving plates and serve right away.
